Combined in the display is an endorsed check from the Manhattan Brewing Company, a Chicago-based business associated with Al Capone and other elements of organized crime. While there is no Capone signature on this check, it is an infrequently encountered memento of a time and place associated with the mob and Al Capone. The display is professionally matted and measures 14x11.
