This set was one of the more obscure ‘girlie’ issued from the International Mutoscope Corporation, which is better known for several sets of lavishly illustrated ‘girlie’ cards from the 1940s. All of the artwork and poetry in this set was by Meyer Levin. The issue contains 32 black and white cards, so this lot includes over 2/3 of the set. All but two are crease free, Corners show little to light corner wear.
