circa 1910s Joe Tinker Cigar Box Glass Lid. Stores used these and they were meant to hold the cardboard cigar box lid in an upright position (displaying the inside cigar box label to customers) while keeping the cigars covered by the glass. Gold finish that has fair amount worn off, The part with the name presents well, "5c" on each side show more wear. They have bben found in red and black.
